Meet Virginia Newsome: She's an Oklahoma City University drama student with a passion for musical theatre and arts advocacy. As the founder of heARTS, a non-profit based in Kentucky, Virginia has turned her love of performing into an organization that helps schools and communities restore and create fine arts programs.
